At Aurora Cookware, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on products purchased directly from our website. If more than 90 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or return.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

* The item must be purchased directly from Aurora Cookware
* You must contact us within 90 days of delivery
* The product should be in reasonable condition

Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email: support@auroracookware.com

Include:

* Your full name
* Order number
* Reason for return

Our team will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with next steps. Please do not return products without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

* Contact us within 7 days of delivery
* Include photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

* Inspection typically takes 2–3 business days
* Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
* Processing time may vary depending on your bank/provider

You'll receive confirmation once the refund is processed.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is missing:

* Check with neighbors/household members
* Contact the shipping carrier
* Notify our support team — we'll help where possible

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please:

2. Place a new order
