At home, she was replacing pans every eighteen months.
It wasn't until her son Lucas came back from university — he'd spent four years studying materials science — that she finally asked the question out loud. Why do professional kitchens trust pure titanium, but nobody sells it to home cooks?
Lucas didn't have an answer.
So they decided to find one.
